These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CC Tourney (“Service”), a platform operated by Sirket Holdings LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your password secure. You agree to provide accurate information.
The Service supports private clubs operating their own leagues, tournaments, and open play sessions. Your access to specific clubs is controlled by each club's administrators. Removal from a club is at the discretion of that club's administrators.
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, scores, comments). By uploading, you grant Sirket Holdings LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and process this content within the Service for the purpose of operating the platform.
If you upload a profile photo: We do NOT use your photo for biometric identification, facial recognition, or any other biometric purpose. We do NOT extract or store biometric identifiers. We do NOT sell, lease, trade, or profit from any biometric information. Your photo is stored solely for display within the Service. You may delete your photo at any time. We retain photos only while your account is active. Upon account deletion, photos are removed within 30 days. This complies with the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA, 740 ILCS 14).
You agree NOT to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, impersonate another person, upload inappropriate or harassing content, attempt to access data you're not authorized to view, or interfere with the Service's operation.
The CC Tourney name, logo, and design assets are property of Sirket Holdings LLC. You may not use them without written permission.
Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is currently free for individual members. Clubs pay subscription fees for platform access; those terms are governed by separate club agreements.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except as required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sirket Holdings LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Illinois law. Disputes are resolved in Cook County, Illinois courts.
